Returns Policy

FAULTY ITEMS
If a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item you ordered, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.  Faulty or wrong items must be returned to us within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same method used to purchase the goods.

ORDER CANCELLATION and RETURNS
If you wish to cancel an order or return any unwanted items you must do this within 14 days of receiving the goods. If we are at fault, we will reimburse your delivery or postage charges. If we are not at fault, you will be required to pay any return postage costs and for the original delivery costs of your order. Either way, you can opt to either make arrangements for return yourself or we will arrange a collection by courier. Returns should be sent to:
