Delivery Policy

We will despatch your order by post or courier, depending on weight and value, within 2 business days from receipt of payment.

All carriage charges are itemised before any payment is taken.

Carriage charges are automatically calculated to the following countries: UK, Ireland (Rep. of), Channel Islands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece and Portugal. These charges are clearly displayed prior to payment being taken so that you can choose to proceed or not.

We can deliver goods to Countries not included in the above list but this will be by quotation only. Please send your requirements by e-mail to: Derrol and we will provide pricing on an order by order basis.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days please contact us on Derrol and we will investigate and report back.
